Prescriptions

A computerised repeat and acute prescription service is in operation. If you require a repeat prescription, you can make your request by: telephone, online or in person at the practice.

To sign up for the online prescription ordering service, please contact the surgery who will provide you with a password.  Once you have your password, you can order your prescriptions online without needing to visit or phone the surgery!

Prescription Requests From Hospital Clinics / Secondary Care: Please note that prescription requests from secondary care / outpatient clinics received by the practice are processed by the East Dunbartonshire Pharmacy Hub. Routine requests will be processed within 5 working days and urgent requests within 24 hours.  Hospital clinics and secondary care are aware of this and will alert the practice should a prescription be required on a more urgent basis.
