Prescriptions

A computerised repeat and acute prescription service is in operation. If you require a repeat prescription you can make your request by : telephone, online or in person at the practice.

To sign up for the online prescription ordering service please contact the surgery who will provide you with a password.  Once you have your password you can order your prescriptions online without needing to visit or phone the surgery!

Prescription Requests From Hospital Clinics / Secondary Care: Please note that prescription requests from secondary care / outpatient clinics received by the practice have to be processed in the usual way via the practice pharmacy team or GP.  Routine requests will be processed within 72 hours and urgent requests within 24 hours.  Hospital clinics and secondary care are aware of this and will alert the practice should a prescription be required on a more urgent basis.
