PRIVATE FEES

The services we provide at the practice are NHS services and are funded by our NHS Contract.  However, some services are not covered and involve a private charge if undertaken.  These services include medical reports, insurance reports, letters, certificate completion, private prescriptions etc.  

All fees are payable in advance.

Private Prescription

Private Prescription            £15

The issuing of private prescriptions is outwith the remit of General Medical Services. The Practice had been providing this service for free for many years however going forward a fee of £15 for each private prescription will now be applicable. You may know there are local pharmacies also providing this private service which you may wish to consider. Please also note all private prescriptions must be collected from the Practice and payment made at the time of collection. The Practice currently only accepts cash payments.
